FREIGHT ELEVATOR: ALL bookings require advance notice and a $20 fee per trip, paid directly to building superintendent, to use the freight. Street access to freight from Brigden Place, running north side of the building through the alley.
PARKING
Street parking only, on Queen St or Richmond Street. Please note both streets are tow zones at certain times of day.
Queen St - South Side tow zone 4PM-6PM
Queen St - North Side tow zone 7AM-9AM
Richmond St - Tow zone 730AM to 9AM
UNDERGROUND GREEN P Parking: 323 Richmond East, same building as Tim Hortons

LOCKBOX ENTRY TO UNIT 403
Enter the building with keys from lockbox marked @midcenturyloft with code provided on the day of your shoot.
Go to Unit 403 on the fourth level.
BUZZER ENTRY
Press 403, the buzzer can be released if you have someone already inside the studio.

BUZZER IN UNIT
Press the black DOOR button on the pictured dial. It is located next to the main door inside the studio.

MUSIC / Bluetooth Speaker / GOOGLE HOME
Located on top of the record player next to the couch, it is called Google Home. Say
"Hey Google, go into Bluetooth Mode" to pair with your device. You should already be signed into the wifi network in order to pair.

FREIGHT
For any crew size, and any booking, there is a fee of $20 per trip, paid directly to the building superintendent. This has to be ARRANGED IN ADVANCE. Please request this prior to the day of your shoot.

LIGHTING
The white light switch panel is located at the front of the studio next to the main door and buzzer. This must be switched on and the dial turned up all the way.

PROJECTOR
The white remote is for the projector. Press the BLUE BUTTON to switch on the projector. The volume is controlled by the wood receiver with the silver dials, next to the record player. Please be gentle as it is a restored, working receiver. To control the projector, we use the CHROMECAST app. Or vocally using the GOOGLE HOME.
Try it out by saying "Ok Google, play Cobra Kai on Netflix" OR
"Ok Google, go into bluetooth mode" to pair with your device, which should already be connected to the midcenturyloft5g wifi.
